小组教学模式在手术室护理带教中的应用效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨小组教学模式在手术室护理带教中的应用效果。 方法 于2014年9月将本院的220名护生作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各110名。给予对照组传统带教方法进行指导,给予实验组小组学习模式进行带教,比较两组实习后的成绩。 结果 实验组的理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对教学模式的满意度和考核优秀率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 应用小组教学模式对手术室护生进行带教指导,可以有效地提高护生的成绩和带教老师的教学质量水平,值得推广应用。
