[摘要] 目的 观察臭氧联合药物治疗阴道炎的临床效果。 方法 选取阴道炎患者360例，随机分成观察组与对照组，每组各180例，观察组使用臭氧联合药物治疗，对照组给予药物治疗。 结果 观察组VVC、TV、BV的治愈率分别与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.01)；观察组VVC、TV、BV的总有效率分别与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 臭氧联合药物治疗阴道炎效果显著，尤其适合于治疗BV、TV。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of ozone combined with drug in the treatment of vaginitis.
