总之，虽然远程肢体缺血预处理作用机制尚未完全明了，但作为有大量临床有利结果支撑的处理措施，如能进一步在后续的研究中完善该处理措施和方案，可为临床上降低新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病提供另一个无创的处理措施提供新的途径。
