【摘要】 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)术中膀胱爆炸伤的原因及防治措施。方法 回顾性分析 11例TURP术中发生膀胱内气体爆炸患者的临床资料。结果 11例患者术后均恢复顺利， 排尿顺畅。结论 在电切过程中可产生可燃性气体， 在膀胱前壁液气交界处电火花可能会产生爆炸， 故临近手术结束修整膀胱颈前及时将膀胱内气体排空是避免膀胱爆炸伤发生的重要措施。
