【摘要】 目的 探讨和分析机械性眼外伤并眼内异物的致伤原因、预后影响因素。方法 对39例机械性眼外伤并眼内异物患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究和分析。结果 总结39例机械性眼球外伤并眼内异物患者受伤年龄、性别、场合、受伤原因以及人群特征等。致伤原因多为锐器伤和钝器伤， 治疗方式主要以异物取出为主；影响视力预后的主要原因有致伤原因、伤后24 h内是否处理。经过急诊等处理后， 治疗前后视力对比， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 机械性眼外伤并眼内异物影响其预后的主要原因是致伤原因和24 h内是否急诊处理。
