【摘要】 目的 分析胎膜早破与难产的关系,并提出合理的措施。方法 对2007年1月至2009年3月间的胎膜早破孕妇236例进行回顾性分析,分析其胎膜早破后发生难产的原因及难产解决方式。从胎方位、分娩方式、产力、妊娠合并症四个方面进行分析比较。结果 胎膜早破引起难产发生与异常胎位和妊娠合并症呈显著性关系(P<0.01)。结论 胎膜早破与难产关系密切,其中胎位异常(尤其是头位合臀位的胎位异常)和妊娠合并症的发生与胎膜早破引起难产的关系最为密切。
