基于“中药作用机理辅助解析系统”的杜仲抗高血压作用机制研究(1)
[摘要]阐释杜仲治疗高血压的作用机制，为杜仲的进一步研究和开发提供依据。该文利用“中药作用机理辅助解析系统”从分子水平上分析杜仲化学成分与疾病靶点蛋白的相互作用关系，构建出杜仲抗高血压的生物网络，共包含602个节点，2 354条边。通过对网络分析得到杜仲治疗高血压的3条作用途径，即通过抑制血管重塑改善高血压恶化病情、降低与原发性高血压发病有关的多态性遗传基因的活性、抑制碳酸酐酶维持机体渗透压的途径实现抗高血压的作用。
