【摘要】铁是机体的重要微量元素，参与血红蛋白的合成等多种重要生理过程。铁调素是铁的关键调节激素，对维持机体铁平衡起着重要作用。研究发现，铁调素的变化导致的铁代谢紊乱是导致多种血液病及恶性肿瘤的重要因素。该文对铁调素在血液病与恶性肿瘤中的相关研究进展进行综述。
